Lynne has worked as a Burn Nurse since 1975 at MetroHealth
Medical Center, a major Comprehensive Burn Care Center in
Cleveland, Ohio. Lynne has been the Nurse Manager for fifteen
years. She is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support,
Pediatric Advanced Life Support and has taken Advanced Burn
Life Support. She is active in burn prevention activity
in the community and provides talks, information and lectures
for all age groups. Lynne would like to stop all burn injuries,
because all burn injuries are preventable in the home, in
industry, and the community.
Lynne
assists with two yearly Children's Burn Camps, is active
in the American Burn Association, and serves on several
committees. She has presented several papers at national
meetings and has authored or co-authored several papers
published in burn journals.
Lynne
is dedicated to burn care, burn prevention and community
education.
